Busan. Square.

Well another successful weekend of shopping and Noribonging it. This weekend I went to visit my friend Katie who lives in S.K.'s second largest city, Busan. Busan is on the southeast coast. I took the KTX train, which is the high speed train to the city. It only took three hours, and I slept for most of it. Busan is known for its markets, so Katie and I walked around most of the day shopping and looking for shirts with American words on them. The funny thing about the clothes here as well as many things that are in English is that a lot of the time they don't make sense. For example, we saw a short that said "No War, peace, love, hapiness, square." Where did square come from? We spent the rest of the day serching for shirts with nonsensical phrases on them.
Saturday night we went to a potluck dinner at Katie's yoga instructor's house. We had some amazing food, imported Salmon from the Netherlands, and chocolate cookies from Austrailia. There were all different types of people there. Then on to the Noribong where we belted our little hearts out until 3am and I pretended like I was Brittany Spears.
The following day Katie and I went to the beach. It was slightly overcast, but still very warm, and I can now say I have seen the Yellow Sea. Here are some highlights from the weekend.
